Product Overview


1. ADP2000 is a digital differential pressure sensor with a built-in thermal sensing element for measuring pressure differences between gases. 

2. It is designed to measure different pressures of gases such as air, nitrogen and oxygen with high accuracy and response time as fast as 10 milliseconds.

3. Using advanced microelectromechanical system technology, this sensor has a built-in thermistor to measure gas pressure changes, which is converted to a digital output by an integrated circuit. 

4. The sensor is fast, accurate and stable, and is suitable for applications requiring a very fast response to gas pressure changes.

Application



1. HVAC Monitoring

(1)Digital differential pressure gas sensors can be used to monitor and control air flow and difference in pressure in HVAC systems. 

(2)By measuring the difference in pressure of air filters in real time, the sensor can provide accurate information on the degree of filter clogging, which can help maintenance personnel to replace the filter in time to ensure the normal operation of the system. 

(3)In addition, the sensor can also monitor air flow so that the operating speed of the fan can be adjusted in time to improve energy efficiency.


2. Healthcare equipment

(1)Digital differential pressure sensors for gases also have a wide range of applications in medical equipment. 

(2)For example, in a ventilator, the sensor can measure different pressures in the airway to ensure that the patient is well ventilated.

(3)In addition, the sensors can monitor gas flow to help doctors adjust ventilator parameters to meet the needs of different patients. 

(4)In the operating room, the sensors can also be used to monitor the difference in air pressure inside and outside the operating room to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the operating room.


3. Industrial automation

(1)Digital differential pressure gas sensors also play an important role in industrial automation. 

(2)For example, in gas transportation systems, the sensors can measure the difference in gas pressure in the pipeline to monitor blockages in the pipeline. 

(3)Sensors can also be used to monitor the gas flow rate to control the gas supply in a production process. 

(4)In addition, sensors can be used to monitor gas leaks and provide timely alarms to prevent accidents.
